New forces to deal with the everyday
The biosauna/soft sauna offers a milder heat compared to the Finnish sauna and is ideal for a gentle wellness experience.
Thanks to its light steam, it also serves as the perfect preparation for the traditional sauna.
To fully enjoy the sauna experience, we recommend:
- Taking a lukewarm shower before entering the sauna.
- Sitting comfortably in the cabin on a towel.
- Relaxing for approximately 15–20 minutes.
- Cooling down afterwards with a cold shower or in the revitalising grotto.
- Enjoying a pleasant resting phase afterwards.
