• Up to 2 years old without additional bed: 20 euros per day
• Up to 2 years old with an additional bed: 30 euros per day
• From 2 until 6 years old: 40% price reduction
• From 6 until 10 years old: 30% price reduction
• From 10 years old onwards and adults: 20% reduction

Prices
All prices are in EUR, charged per person, include half-board accommodation and the use of the "Rajëta" wellness center. The services included in the single packages won't be refunded in case the guest won't take advantage of them. 

Supplements
Full board (only in summer): 16,00 euros extra charge per person per day.
Double room or suite for single use: additional charge of 80% on the regular price.

Single room extra charge
For the suites and the double rooms used as a single one we account an 80% extra charge on the prices above listed.

Overnight stay with breakfast
In case this option is chosen, there will be a 5,00 euro discount per person per day from the regular price. The same rule applies for untaken meals unless notification is given to the reception the same morning.

Arrival and departure
The rooms are available from 2pm onwards. In case of arrival after 7pm please inform us in advance. On your departure day, you are kindly requested to leave your room by 10pm.

Pets
We are sorry for not accepting pets in our hotel.

Caution money
The room reservation is binding after the payment of a caution money amounting to 300,00 euros per room per week. The caution money is payable within 10 days from confermation of your booking. We kindly request payment to be made through postal order or credit transfer, to:

We also accept a valid credit card number or the on-line payment "click to pay". In this case, the 2% of the bank expenses will be reduced.

Payment
We accept cash, bancomat, Visa, Eurocard and Mastercard credit cards (unfortunately we cannot accept American-Express and Diners-Club credit cards.)

Cancellations
From 2 month to 4 weeks before your arrival: the deposit will be kept.
After 4 weeks, in case of no-show, delayed arrival or prior departure:
80% cancellation fee of the booked arrangement.
Until 2 months before your arrival: no cancellation fee. deposits will be fully refunded
minus a handling fee of € 25,00 or credited for a future accommodation in our hotel.

Late arrival/ Early departure
If the guest cancel his/her reservation, the hotel has the right to keep the caution money, if it's not possible to rent the booked room to other guests.
In case of late arrival, early departure or non-arrival the room prices will be charged according to the existing laws.

Trip cancellation insurance
We advise you to draw up a trip cancellation insurance to avoid complications.
