This is a chapter for itself. Otto and Patrik Frenademez let you know the best side of the valley food traditions. With much imagination, father and son skilfully take care of the menu variety.

Aside the local delicacies, you can taste Mediterranean and international dishes. The "Dolasilla" tortiglioni arrive on your table as well as the tiramisù according to the saying: variety makes the difference.

We set great value upon fresh and healthy cuisine. Only carefully selected products are prepared to your taste delight.

In the morning, to start your day properly you need a rich breakfast buffet; in the evening you'll be carried away by our 4 choices menu with Ladin, South Tyrolean and international delicacies and an appetizing salad buffet.

Besides, our half board offers every week:
  • Welcome aperitif with Ladin "turtres" (by good weather in summer, it takes place in the garden)
  • Desserts Buffet with sweet temptations
  • Starters Buffet
  • Candle -light Ladin dinner
